Kristiansund Ballklubb Kvinner has appointed a new head coach and has signed several new players who are ready for the 2026 season. Now it is clear that the team will go on a training camp in Denmark this winter. KBK Kvinner will travel to Dana Cup SportsCenter in Hjørring on Saturday, February 14th and stay there through the winter break until Friday, February 20th. There, the team will have access to an artificial turf pitch, a training hall, a strength room, a swimming pool, a wellness area, and much more. This will provide the best possible conditions for training in the pre-season. In addition, the stay will be important for building a strong culture in the team, when players and coaching staff will be close to each other for seven days. – The training camp in Denmark gives us the opportunity to get to know each other as a team, while we get to work focused and intensively on our playing style. It is a very fine opportunity for us to experience what it is like to work with football on a full-time basis for a week, says Nora Baglo, new head coach of KBK Kvinner from the start of the year. The team will travel to Denmark by bus and Color Line. The practical arrangements for travel and training camp in Denmark are handled by Christian Weiseth, daily manager of KBK's partner Matchday Sports Travel. In 2026, KBK Kvinner will play in the fylkesserien in 3. divisjon. The club has a goal of promotion to 2. divisjon in the coming seasons. Nora Baglo (28) recently signed as new head coach for KBK Kvinner from January 1, 2026. She comes from the same job in Stjørdals-Blink and replaces Håkon Dretvik, who returns to work in Averøy municipality. KBK Kvinner has also signed attacking players Julie Belden Rasmussen (27) and Augusta Skrede Luggenes (23) from Fyllingsdalen and Stjørdals-Blink, respectively.
